LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS
19.07.2023 – 21.07.2023
Against the backdrop of demographic change and the worsening shortage of skilled workers, it is becoming increasingly important that the quality of leadership can play a decisive role in finding and retaining qualified and motivated employees. Whether in companies, in scientific institutions or in public administration, managers are therefore increasingly accompanied by the question: What constitutes good leadership? What are the decisive leadership qualities?
In order to answer the question for oneself about the individual leadership style and one's own demands on oneself as a successful leader, a first important step is to deal with one's own values and strengths and also to reflect on and classify one's own experiences of leading and being led. In addition to leadership instruments and communication tools, a successful start in leading employees requires above all clarity about one's own leadership role. The course thus creates a stable basis for one's own everyday leadership.

After successful completion of the course, participants will be aware of their own leadership vision and reflect on their own understanding of leadership. They will know their own values and how these can have an impact on everyday leadership. Participants will be able to identify their own resources and use them in a targeted way. They will understand roles and role expectations, will be able to identify patterns and to develop strategies for the further development of their own leadership qualities.Content
