He has taught at numerous German and international universities and business schools including Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin; Technische Universit\u00e4t Berlin; Humboldt-Universit\u00e4t Berlin; Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid; Krannert School of Management \/ Purdue University; Central European University, Budapest; FGV, Rio de Janeiro; Universidad de Chile, Santiago de Chile; and Tongji University, Shanghai. \r\nHis research in leadership and team management has been published in leading international journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science and the Journal of Applied Psychology.
