This independent study phase will be accompanied by the lecturer, up to the date of the final on-site session. Georg Adlmaier-Herbst is an experienced practitioner who has worked for 15 years in the human resource department of the executive board of a global corporation. He has been a consultant, mentor and speaker for companies, organisations and individuals at home and abroad, for 18 years. \r\nSince the 1990s, he has been instrumental in shaping numerous processes in industrial companies and scientific institutions. Prof. Dr. Adlmaier-Herbst is currently  Honorary Professor and Scientific Director of the research unit Berlin Management Model for Digitalisation (BMM) at the Berlin Career College of the Berlin University of the Arts, where he is also a lecturer in the part-time Master's program \u2019Leadership in Digital Innovation\u2019.
