In the Faculty of Economics and Management, he is Pro-Dean for Internationalization and a member of the Academic Senate of Technische Universit\u00e4t Berlin. \r\nProf. Dr. Kratzer studied sociology at the University of Leipzig and received his doctorate from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands on the topic of team communication and innovation success. Prof. Dr. Kratzer published several books and articles in the field of sustainable start-ups; people and innovation; team and project management; and creativity in social networks.\r\n<br><br>\r\nDr. Karina Cagarman has been a Research Assistant at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at Technische Universit\u00e4t Berlin since December 2013. She completed her PhD in Economics and her Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at Technische Universit\u00e4t Berlin. She also holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
